Project Overview

This Allergy-Free Diet Tip Book is in association with the A.S.K Laura campaign. This project is targeted toward current and prospective students managing an allergy-free diet while remaining on a university meal plan.

Explanation

The opportunity to contribute positive reinforcements to students living an allergy-free lifestyle was delivered in the form of an Allergy-Free Diet Tip Book. The Daily Allergy-Free Diet Tip Book was created for students avoiding food allergies. The tip book is best for college students suffering from food allergies in hopes of improving their lifestyle change. Managing a new meal plan is challenging, however, maintaining a special diet contributes greater difficulties and complications. The Allergy-Free Tip Book is targeted toward offering helpful advice through the form of daily categorized tips. The contents of the book include tips regarding breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, eating out and cooking in dorms. Including ten tips per category, allows the readers to easily search through the tip book daily or when convenient to them. Each page has a perforation at the bottom right hand corner. This allows the opportunity to choose whether to tear the tips they want to return to or have no need to read again; the decision is theirs.
