Project Overview
This is the identity for a new training program offered at International Mission Board (IMB). The program consists of a group of classes aimed at managers at work.
Explanation
The client requested a "collegiate" approach toward the new identity. Originally I brainstormed a variety of education based ideas, such as diploma's and textbooks. However, in the end, a simple approach to the identity worked best for the occasion.

Required by the client, one of the factors toward the logo was having the words"Equip U" be able to stand alone without having "university" included. This is the reason for multiple variations of the logo.
