Project Overview

This 28 Day Allergy-Free Food Journal is in association with the A.S.K Laura campaign. This project is targeted toward current and prospective students managing an allergy-free diet while remaining on a university meal plan.

Explanation

Students may not always know if they have a food allergy, or which food is causing their symptoms. The 28 Day Allergy-Free Food Journal works with all suspected allergens and was designed to help students conquer every food allergy and successfully avoid them on a university meal plan. The journal was created to keep simplicity in mind. The goal is to quickly bring awareness to what a student is eating and determine what is causing their reactions. Recording data daily will enable the student to discover their allergens and provide them a sense of control over them. It will provide motivation to continue month after month with this journal as it will show the process truly works. As users write in The 28 Day Allergy-Free Food Journal, they’ll create their own personal record of what works best for them. This journal is tailored to everyone’s needs, yet everyone suffers from different allergies; that is the beauty of this creation.
